ya what a typical ****ing scumbag this guy is. straight laced when he's younger, brags about snitching on kids for smoking weed in middle school, then graduates, leaves home, and goes on uncontrollable party binges resulting in automobile accidents and injured pregnant women.
12-02-2016 , 10:14 AM
The low point was early in the interview when he talks about hitting the pregnant woman.

He's talking about how he feels when he heard she was pregnant and says something close to "I felt horrible, like what if she had a difficult pregnancy or even miscarried, that's like an entirely new level of trouble. I could've gone from partying and taking this for granted to being in jail for murder".

Also, ya know, you'd have forced a woman to miscarry so she's probably not having a great time...

They should. An unhappy Cam Newton would really stick it to the NFL once he arrived in the CFL. Connor should hire you as his manager.

ya this is just proof of what a scumbag/sociopath he really is. absolutely zero regard for other people. what a piece of ****.

Been calling Jones is a sociopath for a long time now. I think this pretty much confirms it. That said, I wanna see him fight. I think Rumble very well could knock him out.

Honestly being a sociopath is super +EV for a fighter lol. No qualms about cheating or using any possible tactic.

I never said it was good for Conor but it would instantly turn bellator into a contender. Massive amounts of top level talent would flee the UFC to follow Conor and from the casuals view point, they don't even care who Conor fights. Look at the math and what percentage of the profit Conor accounts for the entire year. It's staggering.

Conor sells more ppv than all of boxing. He sells more than the rest of the UFC put together by a larger margin. How does teaching him a lesson by not letting him fight make any sense? He has all the bargaining chips.

If Conor just decided to take a year or two off the UFC would be ****ed as Ronda is about to get wrecked and vanish for good in a couple of weeks

****ing eyepokes

but ya i admit i want to see him fight too. i dont expect professional fighters to be normal, well-adjusted individuals so it's all good on that front.

How does he hold all the barganing chips? UFC has him under contract and is the only game in town where Conor can make the kinda money he's making. I think you vastly underestimate the UFC brand, marketing, structure etc if you think Conor could just leave to bellator and make anywhere near what he's making in the UFC. And sitting out hurts him as well. Not to mention him even getting licensed to fight Mayweather is slim. CSAC already said he'd need to win a high level fight first. Any major state will likely say the same.

Conor definitely has a ton of leverage but not to the point where the UFC has to do whatever he wants and will let him go get embarrassed in boxing likely not making a penny off of it and it possibly leading to him never fighting in MMA again.

Conor has one fight left on his contract. He can fight Jose or whoever and then wait three months and sign with Bellator. He doesn't have to sell anywhere near as many ppv because Bellator is or should be willing to pay him 90-100% of the profits to have a majority of the market share in the future of a growing sport. Viacom has big pockets and is willing to build for the future.

Interesting things Jon said besides only caring about how much trouble he would get in when he hit the woman.

He claimed he got black out drunk one week before every fight to give himself a mental crutch or excuse in case he lost.

He admits to being a chronic gas station dick pill user.
12-02-2016 , 04:04 PM
Conor could sign with Bellator and fight GPS, Rory, Bendo, or Josh Thompson who has a headkick highlight knockout of Diaz. All these fights would sell...
12-02-2016 , 05:36 PM
What is a gas station dick pill?
12-02-2016 , 05:40 PM
Joe was talking about these Rhino dick pills that Brian Redban takes and Jon says "what you know about rhino?"
12-02-2016 , 05:41 PM
UFC has a champions' clause so McGregor would need to drop a 155lb fight first, which would hurt his marketing value....
12-02-2016 , 05:44 PM
Or sit out until they take his belt away like Randy did or sue under the Ali act in California.
12-02-2016 , 05:45 PM
Like I said, Conor has all the bargaining chips. The only thing the UFC has is time and they don't even have that much of that.
12-02-2016 , 05:48 PM
UFC should work out a deal with him sooner rather than later and make money while they can, especially with the fighter's union possibilities in the future.

Conor might make even more money in Bellator if he signs some massive endorsements outside of the ****ty Reebok deal.

Conor is licensed as a boxer in California now, so technically he is covered by the All act. If he chooses to box, the UFC can't stop him and he can challenge his contract.

IANAL but that's an oversimplification.

He can try to box in CA, but that would set in motion a huge legal battle.

Conor's a favorite but he's not a lock. #MakeAmericaBoxAgain
