However, I don't like pork, and that pork looks good.

I really wanna enter one of these things but various things have led me not to. Now baking? Ugh. Hopefully January is something I can do!

Thanks Sam for putting up the poll. Cranberry didn't get the love that pumpkin did, but there were some really fun experiments here. I feel bad not to have participated or commented more on what was a really fine challenge.

Props to BrettWeir who really came through this month with a bunch of inventive dishes using cranberry in its many forms and pushing his comfort level by trying out molecular gastronmy products.

Sam and Greenbird were really strong again too. I especially liked all the confections and the preserves project you guys have going on is truly amazing. What a great holiday idea!
