Overgrown definitely shows Blake is a lot more confident in his singing voice.

Much less hazy reverb vocal effects used. It's a very different record imo. Still has a minimalistic feel and mantra-like moments.

I'm liking it after two listens

Yeah, i'm a complete National fanboy so I loved Demons, but Don't Swallow The Cap is even better. Really great lead single.

It's going to be the album of the year.
