haven't been a member to long but i figured what better way to start my postings than with a journey post. just got my pt3 up and running, and im on a mission. I have 6.50$ in my FT account right now and like i said im on a mission. Not so much to take 6.5 and turn it into millions but to build my strength in following proper bankroll management. Granted, I know im already breaking the golden rule of not playing with enough buy ins, but I'm not depositing till i can prove to my self i can follow proper BM. Soo come along for the ride, i'll be posting updates daily.

I'll be playing .01/.02 and possibly the daily dollar or ferguson depending on how i feel. But like i said my main focus is BM and building off that

I'm guessing you didn't get any takers for your offer to be staked with a 70/30 split. With a $6.50 BR, I'd short stack 2nl and build up from there.

Please don't use the 2+2 micro forum as your personal blog. Set up a separate blog and have a mod add it to the blog list.

With a $7.50 BR it doesn't look like you're using BRM at all..

I took off most of my roll when i lost my job. 2 months ago. I start my new job this week and its my goal to bring back up my BM. When i was playing heavy, I played those stakes. But still playing those stakes i wasnt with in my Bankroll soo i set my self up for fail.

Start a blog.

Seriously wtf is with all of these follow me around and listen to my story threads//prop bet threads//threads that should just go in BBV//times I didn't play vs. Phil Ivey threads lately.

It's bad enough having a chat thread, two reg threads, and a bbv thread sitting on the front page at all times.

Not to mention the daily do I fold KK/set/how to I play PPs in ep.

first off, if you read the thread, I clearly stated that i didnt know where, nor see where the blog thread was. 2nd last time i checked this was a informational/fun/ poker forum. Soo with that being said, its expected to see threads about how to play a hand and so fourth, if you dont like it then dont answer to the threads.

When I decide to create an empire of 2nl grinders all working for me I'll let you know (and post in BBV).

But for now, just the OP. Something struck me about his post, and in followup messages he seemed like a really cool guy and really driven to succeed, and he's got some common "noob" leaks which should be easy to fix, so I think there's some upside. As a lark, I think it would be neat to take someone with his blind enthusiasm, give him a hand, and follow along.

Full intention of the thread was not to get a stake, but help try and be informative about bankroll management, so other players won't make the same mistake's i made.
and just wanted to see how far i could make that 6.50 last. I appreciate Kurt staking me, not just for the stake, but a chance to help get coached and tweak my game.
