If you are going to play fit or fold on the flop then you should probably just dump it, vs a 3 bet and out of position as you were. It's too bad. TT is such a nice looking hand.

4 betting is not a great option because almost any 4 bet is going to get 1/3 of your chips involved and if he doesn't fold then you are basically pot committed and playing for all your chips. You have plenty of chips relative the blinds and the other players. You are currently in 3rd place at this table and actually basically tied for 2d place, with the 3 bettor. So no reason to go out of the tournament with TenTen when the pot is 3 bet before it gets to you. You can wait for a better situation.

If you are going to get 1/3 of your chips involved with a 4 bet, and if you consider that to mean that you are pot committed, which I do, then you may as well just shove here.

Calling pre with the plan of leading the flop or check raising the flop is another option and leading the turn is cheaper than 4 betting. You might say to yourself, "If no Ace, I am going to take over this pot." But again, if the guy calls, you'll have 1/3 of your stack involved on what is basically a bluff and you are out of position.

Finally, I'd ask myself, what do you think these guys have? An EP player with a good chip stack opens the pot for a raise from UTG+1. He's probably got a good hand. Top 8-10%, I assume. Another EP player who also has a good chip stack, which has you covered btw, re-raises. He definitely has to be given credit for a good hand. Top 3-6% with some bluffing mixed in with like A5s-A2s (MAYBE!?). (TT+, AK-AQ??). That 3 bet is 15% of his stack. I think he is serious about taking down this pot. It is going to take a big bet on your part to get him to abandon this hand AND you are not closing the action if you raise. Not only can the 3 bettor 5bet/shove but the original bettor is not irrelevant. He's not out of the hand yet either and he opened from UTG+1 and might have a real hand like QQ+/AK, which in a tournament he might shove with here.

I think your best options are shoving or folding and frankly, I don't think Tens are strong enough to shove here nor do I think you need to be that desperate here. As much as I hate to fold Tens, I think you should let those other 2 players fight over this pot and get out of there way.
