Weak to fold TPTK? Weak to fold TPTK?

Hi all,

Weird donk from an unknown. Thought process is that you would expect them to be very strong donking into 4 other players in a 3 bet pot, so is everyone folding this?

Other thought process was that why would you donk so much with a set? facing pair + draw im pretty good, would TPWK donk?

Felt like I wanted to peel one, but then Im almost always facing a turn shove....

Doubt you have the equity to get in here against the BB and there are people left to act after you that could make your life miserable. Easy fold.

I'm not entirely sure I agree.

Yes, this is a large bet into a decent sized field, but you raised this pot hoping to hit exactly this type of hand. You have TPTK plus backdoor draws. I might be inclined to peel one here. You have, basically, an SPR of 3 on the flop, and there is a (virtually)pot sized bet going in. I think this is all exactly what you want. If you are going to fold when you flop TPTK on a somewhat coordinated board, then why are you playing AQs? I'm not saying shove here. I'm not saying it's a great situation. But I'm saying that it may be worth one. If we call and it folds back around, we see a turn with about 1 pot sized bet left behind. If it's checked to us, we can ship it, if it's bet to us and we pick up any of 15 cards that give us an additional draw on the river, we can call without much hesitation. Sure, it could get raised behind us and we have to fold or we could brick out and lose. But I don't think that's much reason to tuck tail here.

Granted, I'm coming back to the game after a long absence and I'm still knocking off the cobwebs. So, I could be missing something essential.

With a one pair hand and two people left to act behind this seems like a reverse-implied odds spot. I'd probably fold it but wouldn't be delighted about it.

I peeled one. Turn was something like 2s, bringing me a flush draw. Villain shoved for just under pot.
I felt like this was actually an easier call than flop.

Villain shocked me by turning over a set of queens. Did I deserve the berating I gave myself after? Could have folded flip losing 60c, but instead lost a whole stack. How bad is this on a scale of 1-10?!
