I would call, but I wouldn't be thrilled about it. First, you are already pot committed. Your turn bet did that to you. If you had wanted to go for pot control you could have checked behind on the turn. Not to say you should have done that, just saying that as played, you have about 50% of your stack in. To me, that's pot committed, so go ahead and call.

Also the pot is Yuuuuge! The pot is 170bb and it is 56 to call, so with those odds you almost have to call.

What exactly is he representing? There is no flush and no likely straight. His play so far seems like an Ace that cbet and then checked when the middle card paired on the turn. What do we think his 3 betting range is from the sb vs CO? I'm guessing big and middle pairs, most suited Bwy, AJ+, KQ, big and middle Axs. It may be even wider.

Assuming he won't call the Turn with nothing and he won't shove the River with nothing, what does that leave him with?
AA/KK/QQ/JJ/TT/99/88
AKs/AQs/AJs/ATs/A9s/A8s/A7s
AKo/AQo/AJo/

You are well ahead of that range. Big time.

I think you are probably good and I would call, but that's not how I would prefer to play the hand.

Just to play devil's advocate, if he does have A8s or 88 or even AK, he may very well slowplay it, multiway, and check the turn. So yes, I think you should call, but it is not certain that you won't lose your whole stack.
