Trips facing a river shove from

Found myself in this spot a few times recently and ive been a little stumped. I open Q9 here because there are two fish left behind. Its on the looser side of my CO open range, and normally id like to have a some FE on the btn but with btn being fishy rather than solid I think its ok?

MP+1: 100 BB (VPIP: 16.21, PFR: 12.48, 3Bet Preflop: 4.12, Hands: 625)
Hero (CO): 100 BB
BTN: 162.6 BB (VPIP: 34.44, PFR: 2.22, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 90)
SB: 133.6 BB (VPIP: 14.89, PFR: 13.30, 3Bet Preflop: 6.35, Hands: 189)
BB: 164.8 BB (VPIP: 59.42, PFR: 10.14, 3Bet Preflop: 6.06, Hands: 70)
UTG: 50 BB (VPIP: 10.88, PFR: 10.94, 3Bet Preflop: 5.26, Hands: 193)
UTG+1: 100 BB (VPIP: 4.55, PFR: 1.52, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 66)
MP: 167.6 BB (VPIP: 32.07, PFR: 7.57, 3Bet Preflop: 1.18, Hands: 453)

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has Q 9

fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 2.4 BB, BTN calls 2.4 BB, fold, BB calls 1.4 BB

Flop: (7.6 BB, 3 players) J 9 9
BB checks, Hero bets 5.4 BB, BTN calls 5.4 BB, fold

Fish isn't overly passive but certainly isn't playing for stacks with bluffs, but with having trips I can imagine im ahead of a big percent of his value range? pot odds are 1.6/1 so pretty rubbish as it goes

Turn: (18.4 BB, 2 players) 6
Hero bets 15.4 BB, BTN raises to 154.8 BB and is all-in, Hero?

If he's doing this with worse 9x or a slowly played AA/KK (which he probably is) then it's almost certainly a call. My money is on 66 tho

A fish jams on your with trips on this board w/ 100 effective... It's a pretty straight forward call. So many combo draws here and enough worse 9x to be calling. Add in some slow played hands that he over values, and it's a call.
