Trips facing a river shove from

Found myself in this spot a few times recently and ive been a little stumped. I open Q9 here because there are two fish left behind. Its on the looser side of my CO open range, and normally id like to have a some FE on the btn but with btn being fishy rather than solid I think its ok?

If he's doing this with worse 9x or a slowly played AA/KK (which he probably is) then it's almost certainly a call. My money is on 66 tho
