Should have folded the flop after the 2nd raise. Raising war means sets and 2 pairs, maybe a fd, but definitely you are behind at least one, maybe both.

Tableau : KhJs9s
Equity
MP2 4.54% { Kc9c }
MP3 53.49% { 9d9h }
CO 41.97% { KsTs }

We can play the flop a lot of different ways, folding is not one of them.

You probably have at max 9 outs in most of the cases in the given spot(against two strong hands). That’s about 35%. You bet around $10 to get $25. Which is 40%. It’s a fold.

If the button had 100bb stack it would have been good odds.

Edit: I missed the gutshot draw. That’s 12 outs. Odds are good.
