CO: $2 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K 4
4 folds, Hero completes, BB raises to $0.04, Hero calls $0.02

Flop: ($0.08) 6 4 A (2 players)
Hero checks, BB checks

Turn: ($0.08) A (2 players)
Hero checks, BB checks

River: ($0.08) 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.18, BB raises to $2.24, Hero ???

My opponent is a typical loose passive player(77/9).He calls all the way to the river with hands like medium pair, low pair and etc. I have seen him slow play his monster hands sometimes. In this situation I have nut flush and he shoves after my river bet. His check on the flop and turn and the all in on the river indicates that he can only have trips+ of course. Do you think that I should call here or the danger of full house is too big.

If villain is calling so wide you can open K4s in the SB and be pretty happy about it, especially when villain is unlikely to apply any pressure and take advantage of the fact that he has position.

I would play this hand by opening pre, and betting every street.

The hand is that poorly played that spending too much time on it is rather pointless. Just work out your equity needed to call the all in and see if villain likely has a wide enough range for it to be ok. Whilst villain probably does this with every flush or better the fact he raises pre when he is so passive gives him a lot of full houses and not all that many flushes because the Ad and Kd block a lot of the hands he raises pre with and ends up with a flush. Villain will also turn up with some complete nonsense some % of the time too but not enough for it to be a huge deal.
