I'd fold because small pairs are very common UTG limping hands from rec players, and I suspect the venn diagram of people who limp UTG then do this with a draw OTF doesn't have a lot overlap. They are probably more tilted towards 22/44 with this line.

Fold, can call at a low frequency prob, very rarely could be nut flush draw but 90% of the time is just going to be a set or an overpair.

Easy fold. With this hand im more inclined to call the flop bet than XR. Rather XR my sets and strong draws.
