How do you feel about this river bluff? I felt at the time that I could fold out some overpairs, and I have two blocker to the nuts. Villain is (10/9) over decent enough sample and capable of folding

he has too many Ax hands here and overpairs are a small part of his range, you have showdown value so id check and hope he checks behind

The T makes me think he is on a draw of some sort -- overs, flush, or straight. The R hits his overs range, but nothing else. I like a chk-C, to allow V to bluff, a bunch more than turning your 99 into a bluff.

By Bing, you allow V to play perfectly on the R. He Cs with an Ax -- the R A is what he was waiting to hit! -- and to fold any busted draws. A lose-lose for you. Your chk-C still loses to the A's in his range, but makes $$$ as a bluff catcher.

I'd fold otf because over 95% of times we face a raise on the flop means we are beaten even with an overpair.
