Monotone flops are seldom bluffed, so villain is floating with something more than air. Even without the spade river, you may have faced an all-in, since it's likely villain holds the As. That would be a tougher laydown. I hope I have the discipline to fold this.

Puhhh, stats say he is a unsuspecting fish and probably a non thinking player!

As played:
Ugly spot.
Your check looks weak, so he can push with a lot of crap. There are some busted straight draws, but his range is wide.

Normally a thinking Villain bets smaller with a A or K to get value from weaker flushes.

But this fish can do this.
Don't think this type of player do this move as a bluff. Maybe he calls you with A4o and the A of spade.

Against a loose passive fish, I'm betting about half pot for value on the river. He's likely to call down with any pair and a spade in his hand. Folding to shove.

As played you'd fold? Or you talking about hypothetically on a previous street?

I'm folding.

Yeah, as played, I fold.

I think the more interesting question is what to do if the fourth spade doesn't hit and villain goes all-in -- villain would likely have a bunch more bluffs in his range...
