I would raise ott as well. This is a gii spot once villain shows strength with a flop call and turn lead. River is also an all in imo. A lot of the better sets [AA/QQ]are pretty unlikely here. Sometimes villain shows one of those hands but most players are 3betting premium hands pre. Villain is going to have AQ a lot in this spot.

I hate the min raise on the flop, punish him for donk betting and overvaluing top pair on the flop by raising to at least 12bb I'm sure he's calling still. Ignore his donk on the turn and keep raising for value. I hated the flat there.

You are beating so much of his range which included all of the Ax's I think you left so much money on the table,you should be looking for max value with sets on dry board runouts like this.
