Sorry gang, no HH, I'll do my best to keep this simple. $.25NL on Ignition, full ring, I am in SB with KK. All parties start with $25.

Preflop: Button limps, Hero has KK in SB and raises to $1.37, BB calls, Button calls.

Flop (pot about $4.00): Q-8-8r. Hero bets $2.63. BB calls. Button calls.

Turn (pot about $12): Js putting two spades on the board. Hero checks, BB checks, Button bets $12. Hero???

PF seems standard, I raise a little more than 3x+1bb/raiser because I'm oop and micro villains call wide so I'm looking for value. The flop isn't great because there are plenty of 8s in the range of both villains and it's hard for me to get a ton of value from many hands. Really I'm looking for someone who gets sticky with a KQ/QJ type of hand. When both villains call I don't feel great. I checked the turn for pot control but then when facing this big turn bet felt that I had under-repped my hand somewhat and started imagining that button could have hands like combination draws, top pairs, or just a pure draw that picked up some equity and wanted to buy the pot.

Should I have lead the turn for value and so button would have to put money into the pot in the face of my aggression to make it easier to fold my KK? Or is that purely an exploitative outlook?

How much of my range should I be defending to this pot bet? BB is still to act behind, I feel like between both of us we should defend around 33% so maybe I need to defend 25%. If so KK might not be in my top hands. I have A-8s, some 7-8s and 8-9s, and of course some 9-10s that made a straight as stronger hands with better blockers. Then again, many of those hands would fire a second barrel.

I also looked at how my range connects with this board and realized that as played I have very few bluff raises on the turn. It's pretty value heavy as there are not many hands I c-bet on that flop into two villains.

All in all, I found this a tricky spot and hope for some feedback. My gut tells me it's a fold because "they always have it at the micros" but I want to understand the logic behind the gut feeling. Thanks!
