So I think I'm happy with this

My hand has no showdown value on the flop and is one of the weakest FDs I can have so a good candidate for a flop cbet.

am I right to continue on the turn?

I think the river is a good spot to barrel because if Villain had Qx or KQ then he would surely have raised the turn to protect against FDs

I think it's good so long as you know villain is capable of folding, say top pair or two pair here. Some villains look at the absolute strength of their hands as opposed to the relative strength and base their decisions on that.

Also, use the auto-top-up feature to maintain your stack at 100bb.
