I agree with Sammy that it'd be great, but it's not looking like that is the plan.
The one thing we all have to remember about the FT situation is that our money is gone. If the deal goes through as planned, all assets, including what should be left of our rolls, will be voluntarily forfeited by FT to the DOJ. The deal calls for FT to say, "yes, it is our money, and we will transfer ownership of it to you, DOJ."
So when the deal is inked, the DOJ will become the owner of our rolls. At best, DOJ will be considering us victims of crime who may or may not be entitled to some restitution which DOJ may or may not decide to grant us, and which may or may not make us whole.
Given that it appears we will be receiving any money from the DOJ in the form of restitution (they actually call it remission), and that payments to us are completely within the discretion of DOJ, it seems highly unlikely that they will simply allow FT to handle the payment processing for us, since we will have to apply to DOJ stating our eligibility for restitution.
