Villain is 40/30 after 30 hands.

Cbet or ch/c flop? I went for a ch/c as I think this flop hits villain's better than mine. He can JJ,TT,AT and further, I think villain is capable of bluffing with AK,AQ,KQ.

OTR, not sure, villain seems loose and wide, so potentially has a lot of bluff combos OTR, making his value range relatively small.

You block alot of his bluffs(kqs,ak) & in general in micro/small stakes players really don't bluff river much, with all that in mind river is a fold imo.

I agree with most of your assessment. I'm also including AJs, QJs, JTs, and 98s in his range.

A 2bb open from UTG likely means he's on a marginal hand. Calling a 3bet from the SB means he'll be IP and defending his open.

From his POV, you 3bet pre, then checked the flop. Meaning you either nailed it with JJ or TT, or missed it. He bets and you call. So he's probably thinking you have two over-cards. V may have TPTK, mid-pair, two pair, or an open ended straight draw.

T on the turn. It's now less likely he has a T and more likely he has AJs or QJs. AT is still possible though. He bets again. To me, this indicates he isn't on a straight draw. The T wouldn't have helped if he were on the draw, and he could have tried to get there on the river for free. So now I'm leaning towards top two pair or a set of Ts.

7 on the river. He never offered good pot odds for a flush draw to keep playing, so he doubts you made a flush.

You've under-repped your KK. I think most players are leading out with an over-pair and that flop. I would have c-bet with KK and I think you should have to. We're on our back foot with a check/call. So there is a good chance he thinks his J is good.

This is a tough one, but I like the call. There is a decent chance he has two pair with a J and is blasting away. There is a lesser chance he has a set of Ts.

Just a heads up, you may want to post this in the 6-max forum if this is not a full ring game.

You definitely underrepped your hand there.

Assuming Villian 4bets hands like AK/JJ/QQ, then he has 4 combos of 89s, 3 combos of 33, 1 combo of TT, 6 combos of J10, 1 KQcc, 3 combos of 77 (hmm.); ~let's estimate 17 combos of value.

You hold KK so Villian can only have 7 combos of KQ which are bluffs, and perhaps 3 Q9ss?
He may also have also random junk in it, and therefore if you think he is on the more aggressive side, you can justify a call.
