Just call the 3 bet especially against such a tight raiser. You don't want to be all in pre against a 17/15. Also, size your 4 bet down. The more you bet, the more often you need to win. People generally don't call a4 bet too often, so the bet doesn't need to be that large.

For me personally, if just call the 3!. If I have some sort of history with the villain or I've seen him get spicy pre with trash I'll consider getting QQ in pre.

Like b said, you don't want AI pre against a villain with these stats.

This is too small of a sample size to say if there is any pre-flop weaknesses, you may just not have believed him. The stats are there but did you know that or look at that prior to 4betting and calling the 5bet all in? Unless it's a loose player you know is just trying to buy it with a 5bet, they are telling you "I have it". So I agree with the other two, float that 3bet, see what comes down and get away if needed. Maybe you find yourself with an open ender with that QQ or three spades/clubs or combo of both for back doors.

I would also just call the 3bet here.

c4b is too big
you take away his ability to 5b bluff as you're basically saying you're all-in after you've put 40% of your stack in
