I don't remember what hand that was, prob the T9 vs 87 on 874 board

I'll be honest it is tricky taking a level where the buyin is smaller than my normal preflop raise that I make 100 times an hour

Yeah, it was the T9 vs 87 hand. The video was damn funny to watch; your comentary is hilarious. Especially the part about just asking yourself whether a player is a bad poker player? yes, really really bad? yes....I call.

All in all, I'm suprised you were able to play as serious as you did for as long as you did. I don't have near the BR nor experience you do, and I'm sure I'd have messed around far sooner than you did. Back in my LHE days, we'd all get toasted at the bars, head home, meet up online, and play the .01/.02 LHE game on UB. It was probably the most fun I've ever had playing poker .

Yes! This is my Christmas present from 2+2!

Thanks Bottomset, love your vids.

Was that enough to get you to do more NL10?

Had 77 in the k4s hand, was a misclick preflop as i'd just getten up and was using the laptop mousepad and keys which i'm not used to. Because i'd misclicked i couldnt really put you on a hand as i figured you'd want to mess wiht me and punish the minraise.

That 99 was pretty funny because i put the guy on a flushdraw and bet enough on the tuen to leave him with 2c.

This is a great video. I need to apply some of these strats into my game. Very obvious I need to invest in some software too.

Will be downloading this.

Might be a few buyins down but still likely to learn something.

I am watching your nl25 vid, I take shot at nl25 you have set miners all over those tables.

for example, I have Spangdersson at 400 Hands 6.45/2.15/1.25 only thing I have ever seen him showdown are PPs. I have played even more hands with him at NL10, same same. There are 3 others on that table with Spang.

anyhow, it is very helpful to listen to you think through the hands, it gives me something to compare my own thought process to.

I like the NL2 vid, nice to see you run into some of the things (chasers, people who play anything, etc) that we find down here. I am sure that happens at all levels, it just feels like it happens a lot more to us (probably just perspective).

Edit: They don't bet mid PPs if there is an overcard on the board (very very few will try this) just station/fold usually.

thanks,
Jarheadian

This was actually very helpful for me to become more willing to call down to the river with a decent hand now that I have seen what kind of crap these people think is a good hand. I think I was folding too much instead of calling down to the river. I loved the chat box commentary where that one guy thought you were a total donk, a 100NL player getting razzed at 2NL was pretty priceless...

This video is great for beginners like myself who have a small BR and want to work their way up to bigger limits.
Really useful!

"Im gonna call for fun value"

LMAO when i heard that. Thanks for the vid. There are times when i make bad river calls while im thinking to myself. "If you got lucky fine, i'll pay you off". When i know full well im calling with the loser.
You taking 2nl this seriously has inspired me to fold those hands where i know im beat but don't care. A+
