Hey what is the best line to play a Hand like QQ? I cold call here because I am in position, is it generell a bad move to cold call here? And can I call the river here in this spot?

Thanks in advance..

Preflop would of definitely been a reraise to $1.90ish to isolate. You have a strong hand that will be vulnerable in a multi-way pot.

As played. Folds to hero on the flop. I'd bet the flop to deny equity to any Ax holdings and to get value from smaller pocket pairs and 9x holdings then reevaluate on the turn.

As played on the turn calling is ok with intentions of folding the river if you don't hit a set but you are more than likely behind at this point to at least one player.

Pretty tough spot on the river. Vs 2 players and a flush definitely in BB's range, followed by UTG's shove it's a tough laydown for most players but what is UTG shoving that you beat is what you have to ask yourself?
99
22
floated 55
Overplayed AA.

What do you lose too?
ATh, AKh, AJh, 67h,
all combos of JT
KK

As played on the turn calling is ok, probing with a 2.2x reraise isn't bad either with the draws on the board.

Good input, thanks. I agree that preflop I have to 3bet here.
On flop, a bet is probably a good idea, especially because the other players check to me. At the turn I like the call especially in a multiway pot, and with one Small Stack. At the river I am not sure, ofc I lost here, but what he would also shove is probably AK, smaller set + 2 pair. But ok against 2 players is probably a flush very likely.

3bet pre 92% of the time.

Bet flop would be a balance play, Ax in average has like 12% equity so denying that doesn't seem too important. Check has to be fine it's a pretty logical play.

Turn is close, can go either way. River is gross, I think we can/should fold because UTG is never bluffing and we only beat exactly 99 (maybe 55 ?) but even those will often just call river when the BDFD gets there and BB barrels. And BB might not value cut himself often at all vs 2 players, he also has to considerer the BDFD and might check 2pairs or go for some kind of blockbet and he has some JT as well.

I didn't mention them because I was rushing to finish my post at work but there are more hands to deny equity. Don't want to give free cards to AT AJ JQ JT, either. Definitely want to charge any drawing hands to see the turn. I'm probably in the minority on this one but I don't worry about balance at 25nl unless my opponents have shown they deserve that much credit.

I also 3-bet PF, for equity, to isolate, and to take the initiative.
