Was it OK to bet for value on the flop and turn. And was it OK to call his check/raise because I had odds?

Bet sizing on flop should be bigger with AA on a board that wet. We don't know SB so he could showdown super light, and its 2NL. This makes a turn shove of our own just about a PSB, which he might call with his draws or TT+.

Does he call a PSB on flop with his OESD + two overs? Quite likely, so there's some missed value for you.

Seems like an unavoidable spot at 2NL. Pre-flop and flop line looks good to me, the only issue is your turn bet practically forces you to call off the shove even though you're probably behind most of the villain's turn shoving range in that spot. I think you should be checking back that particular turn occasionally being that villain can have all the 88, 99, 77, 33, 89s, 87s and 97s (which many playing love playing). On the flip side, your large turn bet (with two flush draws, and a couple one liners to a straight that villain may get frisky and call with), not to mention that TT, JJ, and QQ that may do the same, it only seems logical to still bet there to get called by worse, like pocket 66.

Against an unknown in that situation, playing your AA balls to the walls will get you paid sometimes but also leaves you open to getting stacked with these sorts of deceptive runouts.

And on a flop that doesn't get anywhere near you.

You should really think about villain's range before you get all in tho. What is he shipping with that doesnt have you beat? T9? FD? everything else that would jam there made at least 2 pr.
