Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has T T

fold, fold, MP raises to 3 BB, MP+1 calls 3 BB, MP+2 calls 3 BB, [color=red] hero???

So normally I flat here when the raiser is short stacked, but here because there are 2 callers, there's a temptation to put in the squeeze and possibly get some of those broadway-rag hands to fold. Is this worth the risk of the short stack already having us crushed?

Is villain playing a legit short stacked game or is he just some fish that's let his stack dwindle away?

Judging by his stats I'd say the latter but you might have seen him showdown some hands that would tell us more.

If he's letting his stack dwindle then i think it's a good spot to squeeze.
I'd even get it in for 40bb. Too often these players are just looking to shove the rest of their chips in and leave if they go bust

Squeezing, he can shove worse, will make some awkward spr spots assuming he calls a high % of the time.

We have a station on btn. No big 3bettors so unlikely squeezers behind.

I don’t think there’s one clear path here. We get insane odds to hit a strong set vs likely 4 possibly 5 players. That’s a win.

Or we 3B vs a wide fishy rfi and two extremely capped ranges. If we 3B then it has to be with the intention to gii vs the shirt stack, we’re likely a slight equity dog in that situation. But there’s a ton of dead money in there so it’s not a problem.
