Hey folks,

Today a short question about medium Kxs hands.

$0.10 NL - Holdem - 8 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

SB: $12.96
Hero (BB): $10.74
UTG: $5.46
UTG+1: $10.00
MP: $12.24
MP+1: $15.54
CO: $11.26 -> small sample size 17/17 (23 hands)
BTN: $12.42

SB posts SB $0.05, Hero posts BB $0.10

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.15) Hero has K 9

fold, fold, fold, fold, CO raises to $0.25, fold, fold, Hero calls $0.15

Is this against a unknown (maybe TAG) CO OR a standard Flat at the BB with K9s? Or a 3Bet? Fold?

I think, K7s, K8s I often 3Bet/Fold. And if I get called, I have a hand with potential.
KJs I flat call very often, because the hand plays well post flop and maybe I have a range advantage vs. CO/BU OR.

But what we do with K9s and KTs in this spots???

Iam thankful for every ideas and helps.

Greetings,
Chris

What's this - BB vs a CO 2.5x?
I 3-bet KQs, call KQo/KJo, KJs-K7s. I don't bluff with any Kx.

K9s is a very standard call.

When you want to put some lighter 3-bets in your range, you should begin with Ax, especially suited combos. Weak kings aren't all they are cracked up to be, since they don't have the best blocker, and they flop much worse than hands like A5s for instance.

inb4 someone says "But I once made a straight flush in a 3-bet pot with K6s".
