Hello guys, im grinding the last 2 month on nl10 fullring tables.
But im still struggeling

I think i must tighten up my early posistion raises, and a big problem are my total AF.

Would be nice if somebody can give me a few tips to improve my game.

A few things the jump out at me

You're playing too many hands from early position
You're not playing enough hands from late position
Your flop c-bet is quite low. I think you can get away with nearer to 60%
You're cold-calling too much on the button. I believe these are one-on-one pots so you probably don't have the implied odds here to call with 14.5% of hands. You'd be better off 3-betting or folding for the most part.
You don't really have a light-4bet range. There are some people at 10nl who are light 3betting so don't be afraid to 4bet them (obviously make sure that they have a fold button first)

Tryed today again, but now i have more tight stats than befor :/

Just EP opening range fixed, the the other points still consists.

Whats the different between 4bet+ PF and 4bet+ Ratio, because i have some "light 4bet bluffs" like A4/A5s in my ratio.

There's a lot of things you need to do, but they are all small adjustments. You'll have enough "ah ha" moments from the course that should sustain for you awhile to get you another peak point. Especially in regards to aggression. Once you understand when you should be betting, going for thing value, or giving up in nearly all situations, your AF will hit a constant perfect stat line (~2.8-3.6).

I was thinking more along the lines of AQ/AJ from early-mid position facing a 3bet from the cutoff or button by someone with a high 3bet from those positions but who also has a high fold to 3bet (that correlates well with fold to 4bet but will be more meaningful for smaller sample sizes)

Hello again,

im still struggling with my redline at the micros nl5.

I bought the course from Mr. FreakDaddy on pokerzion.com and some other books from Jonathan Little, but the only thing that changed is my BB/100 from 2.xx to 5.xx.

Hope somebody can help me (I play 100k+ hands p month, and i would play a lot more if i had a better winrate).
