I think, yeah. It's nitty but with fish having (likely) an Ace-heavy bet range and betting you prob. all the way it's the easiest way to play it.

I'd usually check flop, if they don't bet, I'm often good.

Really? Our range contains a lot of A^hands, would you check/x them as well or would you bet them?

I think, villain has a big range here, with his VPIP being almost at 40. Checking would give him free cards and an opportunity to bluff us.

Yeah, if the fish plays any Ace (many of them do), that's 14.4 to 14.9% hands out of his MP limp range whatever that range is, depending if you include AA in there or not.

I'm betting my Ax range because I dominate fishes Ax hit and charge his flush and royal gutshot draws.

I think protection on the flop with KK is not too important as we block the royal gutshot, there's no overs and fish hitting sometime usually kills us less than if we were up against SLP who always has that nasty 5% to finally hit his set on both turn and river free cards.

Yeah, for me on the spot check -> decide works better than betting out for information, essentially.

Do you bet out KK there yourself and does it work for your better than checking?

2/3 pot continuation bet. Pretty standard

If you check, you're actually saying that you don't have an Ace and that you will fold to a bet

I'm check/calling.
At these stakes, fish will often try to push us from our hands with total air, but will fold this air vs a cbet.

edit: he is so short, I like the check/shove flop.
