Ah yeah, the J4 was against the nit. I think that's pretty self-explanatory. When I see the flop I always ask myself whether or not I'm committed(when I airball I don't bother asking cause it's a pretty obvious "no"
). Against an opponent like this I really don't see him getting it all in with less than a set. Now, it's true that he could put in a couple bets with something like QJ, but the tight players will often even get away from that. Against a tight player you really are looking 2 to 3 streets of value with something like two-pair. Your best case scenario is getting 3 bets out of AJ.
I remember the straight hand now. I think I can fold to a 3-bet. I don't really ever see my villain doing this with a lesser hand. However, if he makes a less than half-pot sized 3bet I probably go ahead and crying call because there is some chance that he could be on the same hand or a crazy bluff. Even then though, I wouldn't argue with a fold.
