This raise ott looks like villain has something like 33-TT, T9s, 98s, 87s, 87o or 76o. Maybe KJ or QJ. I think he would fold weaker Aces pf. His raise looks more like a thin value bet, esp after utg,s min bet, than the nuts. Since you called ott, I think you should call river.

I think air could be in his range too.

I always have an urge to raise when I see these miniscule bets and think its often a representation of their true strengh. Also, I think you look weak too, since you only called behind rather than raising on the flop.

So it could be that he's bluffing on the turn and is now firing a second barrel.
