Don't mean to diverge too much for poker here but how would you say your diet changes from when you're bulking and when you're cutting?

Well actually just managed to bench 140kg so will start cutting monday.

I basicly just go into caloric deficit. I like to do Intermenitent fasting with flexible diet. Macros are macros and as long as I am in caloric deficit that's it.

RIght now I'm on 84kg at 3.3k cals. I'll decrease 500 cals Monday to 2700 and move on from there. When i plateau ill keep decreasing 200 cals till I reach the point where I am fine with my shape.


Note : I use my fitness pal app to count macros.

I'm just bench dominant. Always trained for strength in a smart way and not randomly as most bros.

My squat for instance has never reached 2x bw... which is pretty pathetic when I've been lifting for more than 5 years ;(.

My max squat at this bodyweight was 150kg/330lbs

I'm 6'0 btw, forgot to mention

I knew a guy who could bench 170kg and he was taller than you and he used roids as a necessity. Your bench is fine for your weight / size, somewhere close-ish to natty limit imo. Your results are good, keep it up & find a solution for squats if you want those really fancy squat numbers :)) )

My lifetime goal would be the 4 plates mark for sure. But ye it will take a while... cutting sucks but not being in shape sucks even more..

Anyone know how to enter bonus codes for depositing on Stars? Trying to get that $30 free play but there's no bonus code field.

EDIT: Nvm it's for first deposit only but there's no bonus code field at all? Anyone else have this problem?

I'm sure it was there last year. I don't see it now as well. I think you should e-mail PokerStars support, they usually reply quickly with the information you wanna know, so I'd suggest you just shooting them an e-mail and checking their reply after (typically) a few hours.

Tried a few sites. All I will say is that stars is the worst in terms of difficulty. They still have the largest player pool but with no rakeback worth shopping around

Got 2 courses going on, one online and one books/CDs, done like 2 books out of 12. Thing about learning from home is that the 4 basic language skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening) don't develop at the same level. So my reading is really good, writing and listening ok but speaking is crap. Might need to spend time in a French speaking nation
