I would prefer a few more info on him lol. But I guess you want an answer judging only from his stats right?

The most important thing that I like to remember when I have a nice hand vs a maniac is the value in busting him and getting his money before the other regs do it.

Imo his range is strong here, QQ+ and AK. But since a few of these villains do some random spew from time to time, you can add a few lower pairs also, and some idiotic hand that makes no sense. Your hand is a 38.82% favourite vs the strong range. 4b a little more than standard then call allin. If he has more hands, than you may be even in a better situation.

Also, since you still have SB with it´s medium-high pair and/or speculative playable hand, you want him out I guess. You have a chance to see SB strength 4bing less than allin, and reevaluate if he shoves.

Not calling pf, even with position, since if you don´t hit a good hand and he keeps firing, you may have to fold and lose the opportunity to bust the fish before another reg does so. Also, if calling, you´ll probably keep SB in the hand.

4b shove he might fold the weaker spew hands (he may be drunk, on drugs, on tilt, but it doesn´t mean he´s necessarily stupid), and SB may be trapping, so I think it´s the worst option.
