Villain is 62/23/0 over only 15 hands. Not a lot of hand sample.

PF: Standard. MP1 could be calling with Axs, KT, QTs - 76s, small pp. BB could be calling with suited broadway, Axs, pp.

Flop: Not a good board for me. Wet and likely hitting villains. It was checked around.

Turn: MP1 bet out. I think I could still be ahead out quite a bit here. I was beating Kx, Tx (w/ FD possible), FD, some SD. I was losing to KT, K9, T9, 33. I decided to raise to get some value.

River: Given that villain’s stats (although only 15 hands), I thought he would be calling very wide ott. OTR, however, he went all in. The river card completed all FD. It also completed QJ for a straight. Many two pair combo still beats me (KT, 9, T9). Set (33) still beat me.

I was beating missed SD (87) although that’s unlikely since river is 8h so he could not have been calling OTT with straight flush draw. I was blocking some flush combo with Kh. And I was beating some random bluff with low pp.

Overall, it seemed like a fold to me. Would like to get your take.

I'm still new to No-Limit, but from what I've learned thus far, every time I call that River, I lose

lol. i hear you man. been working on the same thing. river bluff catching. what i've learned is...no bluffcatching unless there is a natural bluff. micro limits just dont bluff river enough.
