I'm meant to be doing a road to Germany, Bulgaria and Serbia at some point this month (hopefully) if we can get the bodies together. Planning to go through Hungary as well
Ah ok, fair enough. Still though I think 18 buy-ins should see you through to the jump to 10nl given your 26 BB/100 win-rate above
Yeah, you are right... goals need changing I think my first ones were too easy.. have played 2k hands at 10nl and besides villains being a little more aggro it doesn't appear to be much different from 5NL currently have 20 buy ins for 10nl. Should it co e to it, when would you recommend moving back down BR wise? Like 150?
[ ] 15k hands at 10nl
[ ] final table a donkament
[ ] stop donking off stacks at the PLO
[ ] 30 hours live Ł1/Ł1

This is totally dependent on your own level of comfort really. I mean some people might feel happy to stick out out at a level to 10 buy-ins or less. Others might not feel comfortable unless they have more than 20 buy-ins. Of course if you're willing to redeposit you can stick it out until you go busto but if that were to happen and you start with 20 buy-ins then you probably can't explain away your losses on variance (at 10nl anyway and especially with your 5nl win-rate).
This is all academic anyway. I'm sure you're already crushing 10nl as well
Live poker can be rough sometimes but man watching all these live vlogs makes me want to play a bit. Getting the live poker itch again... gotta be an ointment somewhere for that Good luck with the rest of your trip.
Feels like the KK hand on the 107334 board should be a bet OTR when checked to.

Thanks I'll need luck at 2/5 for sure. I dunno about betting river. He's very polarized. It's not like he caught a pair on the river that has SDV. He's either trapping to induce or giving up. He surely doesn't play AT this way. There's no hand he's check calling that I beat when a single raised pot becomes this bloated on the river. If the river was a J or Q though that's a different story.

It really does. There's a lot of pressure to do well so that you can stay at that limit. There's also pressure to win because even though you know you can beat the limit in theory, the way my brain works having a proven track record of winning helps solidify that confidence.
