Hi, I enjoyed the video. My thoughts:

Pre-flop: my comment is that if he plays 47% of hands then he is super-loose, even with the small sample. I don't play 10 of my first 20 hands, do you? That knowledge doesn't help much because it just makes it more likely that he may have hit that weird board.

Flop: No comment. Agree with the c-bet.

Turn: I call this bet a "set the price bet." I think it is a donk move. I think players who do this are willing to pay a certain amount to see the next card and they don't want to give you the option to charge them to see the next card when you might charge more than they want to pay, they want to set the price. If you call, then they get what they wanted. If you raise then they can safely fold. I think a raise may have been in order here. a) you have position, if he calls he may check the river to you. b) he may fold. c) if he re-raises or shoves on this board it should be an easy fold for you.

On the other hand, it is important to manage the pot with overpairs and attempting to keep the pot semi-small is advisable when you have a hand like this with decent showdown value but a hand that could lose you a lot of money if you overvalue it based on the board. You don't want to get pushed out of the hand and you don't want to have to call an even bigger river bet if the pot is bloated.

I try to resolve this conflict by considering position, especially when heads up like this. If I have position, I am much more inclined to allow the pot to bloat - in other words raise. If I am oop I try much harder to keep the pot small. In this case you had position so I would lean toward a raise.

River: I think this is a classic case of a "crying call." Your hand is good enough to call, imo, even if you may be behind. He seems to be a super-loose donk at micro stakes. Bad bluffs are in his arsenal. He may just believe that you don't have a hand that you can call with based on the board. It is quite possible that you will win this showdown 1/3 of the time. Also, your call on the turn kept the pot small enough so that you can afford to call this river bet, whereas if you had raised the pot would be a lot bigger and a half pot bet would be too expensive.

My vote is to go ahead and look him up, make the call.

One more thing. This guy is going to be to your left in a 6 handed game for the next couple of hours. If you were to call and lose, I would consider it an investment.

The question is, what kind of donk are we dealing with here and how can we best take his money? Is he a calling station donk? In which case, aggressively betting gutshot draws and semi-bluffing is not the way to beat him, relentlessly eeking out value is the way to go. Is he a bluffy-donk. (He is open raising 24% of the time so far). If he is a bluffy donk, then you are going to start to need to be more aggressive with him when you have position and/or just constantly trap him.

When you attempt to steal raise, does he call and check-fold a lot? Does he check-raise? Does he 3 bet? Does he lead the turn like this often and if so what does it mean? Is it a value bet or is he bluffing a scare card? All of this information has value. Making this crying-call is paying for this information.
