Playing .05/.10c on BOL I found myself with K/Qs in the small blind everyone folds to the cutoff which raises to .30c I just call and the flop came KJ7 we both checked then turn brought another K and I checked because most of the times I have my opp crushed here and the cutoff checked the river brought a 9 there is no possible flush out so I lead out for 1$ cutoff raises to 3$ I don't put him on a full house cuz he would have bet the flop or turn only hand that makes sense here Is pocket 9's so I call and he shows 10/8o for a straight. Where did I make a mistake can anyone show me my leak...I think it was not betting the flop & turn but if I did I would have not made much money I believe opp would have folded gutshot
PS.
could I have folded on the river prob right??

you should push your monsters hard. If your opponents fold too easily, then the solution is to bluff more, not slowplay your monsters. I don't know if I'd call top trips a monster, but good enough to bet.

Played it ok I think.

The flops better for villain than a SB calling range, is play raise or fold from SB though especially vs a steal position open.

We have more Kx in our range after the flops checked so can develop a decent probe range, and obviously if villains mega capped by the flop check we can go to town. Always look to exploit. We also need an x/r range on the turn so checking fine too.

The rivers a bet call barf!

yo gabe16 I think you nailed it pre I should have raised and DDAWD I read your message when I was playing online and for some reason it gave me the confidence to push hard with my monsters even though I've grown to slowplay monsters in a live setting here in FL. Thank you both I really appreciate your time and thoughts

always 3b pre
bet turn ap
your opp will often x this flop with a pair, Jx and 7x/88/99/TT not folding to a turn lead, Jx not folding to turn and river bets
you will also want to lead turn with various draws that have little sdv

the problems with these hands are that I always find myself OOP so that's when i try to induce or just pot control...I just always feel so iffy when I lead out OOP as well. I will take your advice though and start 3betting OOP more and donk lead flops and turns that I completely crush, nothing wrong with a lil experimenting

This analysis is pretty spot on. You are going to be semi bluffing and and betting under pairs plenty enough on this turn to get calls from pairs and draws from V. You are unlikely to have the king so just bet it. I think river is a sigh call.

I agree on 3 betting but I dont think you need to donk lead many flops after.
