Would be pretty thin to bet, but ranges which cold-call a 3bet are usually pretty snug and in this particular case might provide you with value opportunities. If his preflop range is QQ-99, AQ, AJs, KQs (reasonable?) then betting v small might get a crying call from JJ-99 and AhQ perhaps? If he turns TT into a bluff and shoves then hats off to him

Re: How to play River here

Yeah, people don't cold-call three much, especially they don't without closing the action. It's conceivable he's calling a bit wider due to the fish MP+1. But still, regs don't like to cold-call 3bets, especially when they're not closing the action. He also sees you 3! shorty so your 3b range is likely de-polarized.

I think villain has very few natural bluffs OTR. And I totally second moxterite's point: Is he really good enough to turn TT into a bluff? I doubt it.

I think he also has very few hands to bluff-catch with. I don't think JJ-99 can call a third barrel because your range is so strong. 99/TT might not even call the second barrel unless it has a heart to go with the pair.

You can have AA, KK, AK (including AhKh), KQs with and without hearts, AhJh, AhQh, possibly QhQx. Sure, you can have a little bit of air as people tend to cbet more often than they should OOP (so double-barrel with something like AsJs). And you could potentially fire twice with something like JJ without a heart.
But overall, this board hits you pretty strongly. You got TPTK, overpairs, flushes, and sets. And little air.

So again, I don't think JJ-99 makes for a good bluff-catcher for villain. Perhaps, AhQ should bluff-catch but that's just two combos (the third combo, AhQh, has got you beat).

OTOH, he can have KQs without a flush and a few flushes which elect to sandbag OTT (e.g., AhQh, AhJh, and especially KhQh). He may have QQ. That's like 12 combos plus or minus.

Summing up, I think you can get value from AhQ (2 combos) and perhaps JJ/TT with a heart (6 combos total). That looks like it is less than 50% of his calling range, i.e., you can't bet for value. As AK isn't at the bottom of your range, it shouldn't be turned into a bluff, either.

IMO, the best play is therefore to x/f.
