I'm currently in the habit of using only the last 3 months + whatever stats i have this month. So start of the month i have 3 months of stats, end of the month i have 4 months of stats.

Is this too much or to little? Should i trim it down? Should i bump it up?
How many months do you keep active for you HUD?
Do you change the number of active months for your tablescanner?

My reasoning behind it is that players don't change much at the micro's so why not keep as much stats as possible.
There's a 15% difference in known players between the minimum stats i keep and the maximum stats i keep, so should i perhaps go for maximum?

I have noticed before that some players have changed from their stats but can i justify throwing away 15% known players for more accurate stats on what looks like a small sample of the entire population.

i do 9 months but might cut back to 4 or 5 . after reading the COTW
