I check and he bets 2/3 pot $.09, I raise to .18 cents and he folds. I'm check raising him here because i basically dont mind just scooping the pot right now. Or charging him to see a turn card if he has ace/10,ace/jack,ace/q Any of his raising hands PF. he could have small pocket pairs. Sometimes I'll just lead out here with top pair weak kicker and bet 2/3 or full pot instead of check-raising.. I'm just wondering what you guys do here? I know hes going to cont bet flop alot and when I check raises he folds his ace/rag/queen/jack.. whats the best +EV play ?

fold in sb, call in bb, not only do you get a cheaper price, but you are last to act and there's noone left to call or squeeze, which is bad for your hand
always check/call the flop
raising because you don't mind scooping the pot is not a valid reason. your opp opened in utg and has KTs+,KQo+,AA

Yeah your best EV move here would be to fold pre. You are out of position against an EP raise.
