Getting stats on myself?

I've seen like stats with aggression factor and vpip and all that stuff and I am wondering how to get those because my game is not the best and I think I could work on spots easier if I could identify where they are. I also tried getting a HUD for pokerstars recently with no luck, I tried to get a free HUD called 'freepokerDB' if you know a better free software (if there is one) or just how to use that one it would be really helpful too.
