So I folded and ended up being right. LJ had KK and EP1 had TT (called the 3bet and lost at showdown).

I folded preflop and wondered if that was the right move in theory. I seen it as an exploitative fold because of LJ's HUD stats. Super weak loose.

Should pocket broadway pairs be snap calls or 4bets or do you trust your read in that spot?

I know application and theory do not line up 100% of the time. Just wondering what the correct theory answer is.

It's not the biggest sample size. In the SB, I think I'd feel better about folding. On the BTN though, I dunno.

good exploitative fold-- the pot odds are kinda close but you do have position // I'd say if you were a bit deeper then call. Also you have to consider the EP1 reshove so I'd say you'd have to be pretty deep to justify a call.
