I know this is a potential 3b spot, but both the limp from a bigger stack and a larger than usual raise from a smaller stack make me wary. I elect to flat

What is the best line here for max value?
After his flop PSB I think his range includes large pocket pairs (maybe JJ+) and some broadway combos, weighted toward hearts. I raise relatively small (less than 3x) because I think he'll call in position with a pair or flush draw.
On the turn I considered checking, but he had less than a PSB left behind and with the hearts draw I didn't want to give him a free card. Is there another line that would've had better chances to get his whole stack?
