Figuring out Villains Range

Hello 
With regard to ranging villain through out the hand i am having trouble figuring out what type of hands they can show up with in different spots.
What does it mean normally with different player types when you get min re-raised pre flop.
And do you think that both tight and loose players will re-raise on the turn with with flush draws and two pair hands on a 8dQsJh7d board when bet in to twice after being re-raised pre

Post flop actions would be dictated more by how aggressive they are rather than on how loose or tight they are pre-flop. That particular board smashes an average calling range though.
