I feel the bet of 26BB on the river is very tempting here given he is 36/14.
Just not sure if there are better situations for my money. getting 2-1 with 2nd or 3rd pair but villain is weak

Do you think he really folds all non Kx otf? Obviously not. You should study this spot in detail using software. (or spend far more time using paper)

What do you think your range looks like otr? Looks like you missed to me or have a 2pr. Most all of your Kx are going to find a second bet I think ott or otr.

So out of his hands that are not Kx, pairs, floats, might he bet these? Very possibly. How does QQ fair vs that range? Crushes it. ainec. Another clue is that it's possibly the top of your range because you wont have many Kx that 3-bet, bet flop, check turn and check river. Careful with the "i'm at the top of my range logic" because this doesn't account for the fact that you're often trying to make assumptions from first principles and exploit your opponent.
