Hey Folks. WhiskeyJack back here. Finally worked some on my play and i am beating 2NL(Something i was not doing since i used to spew pocket money around, now i started taking things seriously and i'm trying to move up from the bottom!)
Now, onto the question. I'm faced with a very tough spot and had no idea what to do.
Here is the hand :

J
5 folds,
CO raises to $0.06 , BTN calls $0.06,
Hero raises to $0.30 , 2 folds, BTN calls $0.24
Standard Squeeze here, right?
Flop : ($0.68) A
2
T
(2 players)
Hero bets $0.26 , BTN calls $0.26
C-Betting here. Is it right or wrong? Checking feels weak, Villian should always bet this board.
Turn : ($1.20) A
(2 players)
Hero checks,
BTN bets $0.58 , Hero calls $0.58
Decided to check-call here. 2nd Ace means Villian is less likely to have one and we can eliminate QQ+; AK from his range since he didn't 4bet PF.
River : ($2.36) A
(2 players)
Hero checks, BTN checks
Ka-Boom! We Fill up and i decide to check-shove on the villian since he was the aggressor on the river.
Spoiler:
Results: $2.36 pot ($0.08 rake)
Final Board: A

A
BTN showed Q
Q
and won $2.28 ($1.14 net)
Hero showed J

and lost (-$1.14 net)
So, this went ugly. Any ideas how i could've played that better? Thanks in advance.
