25nl Ignition.
Effective stack 23.63. I open button with JTdd to 75c. Only BB calls.
Flop ($1.60) Q98ssx. Checks to me. I bet $1.30. BB calls.
Turn ($4.20) (Q98ss)-Kx. Checks to me. I bet $2.85. BB calls.
River ($9.90) (Q98K)ss-Qx BB leads for $3. I jam for $18.73 for value. He calls with QJ.
What do you think? Too thin?

Thanks for all the feedback!

Both of you have lots of 2-pair and trips in your ranges, but also a few full houses there. I think it's a mistake on his part calling here with trips, but the question is whether you have a good enough read on this player to know if they're often going to make this mistake.

Yes it's thin, but from another point of view, his river donkbet gives you information that he shouldn't give you. In this spot, I think it's clear he's making this to prevent you from betting bigger. If you raise, JT should be the bottom of your value range obviously.
