What are your thoughts on this? I gave the free card on the flop, maybe that was a mistake given V seems to be calling anything preflop? The turn 4 was a little scary and we get raised with it, but it still feels like we're miles ahead of an EP 3bet calling range.
The shove on the river was for value - it looks like I've missed a flush draw, so I expect a lot of calls from AK/AQ/AJ/KQ/KJ/TT/99.
I would be betting that flop large considering it's a dry board and villain is likely a station. Probably going to explo fold versus any raise from passive fish.
I personally bet small on dry flops and big on wet flops. DUCY?
... I like to bet large vs fishy players and calling stations, especially on dry boards. My reasoning is villain is likely to call a pot size bet just as likely as he is to call a half pot size bet, and will give you less credit on dry boards.
I don't worry about maximizing calls versus Villains range, instead I focus on maximizing value from villains range.
