Played this very passively, but I think X/R flop might have been best. Villain pretty loose with 30/26 over 23 hands (67 VPIP on BTN) so he's having a pretty wide range here.

First of all, I don't really like that pf flatcall, if anything at all I'd 3b it to make better hands fold. I don't see us so much ahead of Vs FIR/steal range to play

(Sorry, pressed enter too early, I proceed) .... K8s profitable w/o ini and oop. We often are even dominated. So, I'd fold or 3b pf. As played, since you play vs a wide range now, you have to play that draw aggressively to make J or Q fold or outdraw them in a then big pot ... Play your equity. This would look totally different if u 3b pf, since you already created a pot, play vs a stronger range and can play it more passively.

Nah. Don't do this. You shouldn't really have a raising range here tbh. Also cc K8s in SB in general indicates a pretty sketchy pre-flop strategy. Shouldn't want to cc much unless BB is a fish.

FWIW I think postflop is fine.

Depends on BB but a call isn't horrible preflop. Check raise flop as played
