I found this a very awkward position with KK.
what would you have done differently here?

I would have shoved OTF, he most likely has JJ or QQ, so shove for value.

Don't shove flop, check is fine.

I'm folding unless we have reason to believe he's capable of doing this with worse than Ax.

pretty sure that there are still AK and some AQ in his range + shoving for value against QQ and JJ wont work since he isn't calling with these hands often enough

I wouldnt 4bet to that sizing as you have put more than a third of your stack in preflop and its difficult to have a 4bet bluffing range. Given the 3bet was for 15bb and UTG has l/c, would probably 4bet to $1.50, still allowing you to either jam flop or bet small on dry boards and jam turn.

As played, checking flop is best as he probably wont call with QQ/JJ, but when he checks turn, i'd just go ahead and bet small and jam any non Q/J river. If he x/r on the turn, fold.

As played, i think just fold river. When he jams, it's pretty much never a bluff and expect to see Ax or TT here a ton.
