On topic, nice post...

From what is mentioned as main points I only need to work on getting sleep (4hrs this night yay), eating more properly (even though it could be WAY worse), limit the alcohol (mainly icw poker), exercise more (could be worse, but should start jogging/running again) and work on mental health.

Should be easy enough...

Really loved this post! Does anyone have any suggestions as far as good food I can go get when I have nothing in my apartment. I really don't want to eat fast food, so any good quick suggestions for food when taking a break and stuff?

Well, i'll be honest with you. Keep your apartment stocked! :-p. I eat tons of granola bars and the like which I guess you can buy at gas stations but those are just snacks. I guess subway for Q&E fix. I don't really know any fast food restaurants that bake their fish, serve whole foods, and what not.

I could definitely do better on keeping my apartment stocked, actually gonna go shopping tomorrow and stock up on lots of goodies and healthy stuff! Plus gonna start running again like I used too! I am officially motivated and psyched!

great article, but what is too much soda in your opinion? as many people i'm kind of a coca-cola addict. I generally drink 5 to 6 33cl cans a day easily. I do work out 4/7 (strength not cardio). with that said, is it really that bad to drink that amount a day? Just dont see how i can live without it, it gets me through the day lol.

Well, technically one 20oz coke is enough to OD your liver for the day. A few of my other issues with them is that they are full of empty carbs, high in sugar, and provide very little hydration. Just as an fyi carbonation is produced from an acid base reaction and that reaction is what gives you kidney stones. One a day is prlly the max I'd recommend but make the changes gradually.

I'll avoid directly mentioning foods and just give you this for an idea. Its best you find healthy things you enjoy.
