Pre flop the action was 4 handed even though I put five I think its a standard open and I called because I was in position, getting decent odds with a playable hand I thought could play profitably. ON the flop I flop open ended and wasn't sure if I could get enough fold equity to raise. He would probably fold all random overs, but Id get shoved on by 1010-AA and have to fold. Turn i was not sure what to do I've got two draws to the nuts 15 outs so i can't fold. V would probably fold his JJ-KK and random air to a shove, call with A7-Ak,1010-77 also thought I could shove when I miss and he checks so I just called not sure though. Obv river fold with Q high. Any thoughts?

This looks fine to me. I think that villain's preflop range is probably going to be pretty strong, despite the sizing. Given the positions, I don't think we have a ton of fold equity at any point in the hand, so I don't see much point in raising. Maybe if you were in late position you could take more aggressive action in this hand, but since villain is unknown and it's likely that they have a strong range, I think that just calling with our equity in position is going to be the most profitable choice.

thanks! i almost shoved since it was 3bet pot but since V has a strong range and we don't have enough fold equity but we are getting direct odds to call calling should be the most +Ev choice

I know you mentioned it in your OP but being IP to take it away later is something people underestimate a lot. It also makes it easier to value bet the river thus making implied odds good.
